Do you have experience in a call centre environment with high energy levels and strong self-motivation? Are you looking for a great new opportunity to work in a globally recognised brand as part of Virgin Active’s Head Office Outbound Sales team?

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Consultants to follow up on enquiries made about club membership; providing excellent customer service, answering queries and booking in appointments for club tours.

Your job:

Reporting into the Outbound Sales Team Leader, the responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Consultants include:

Dealing with prospect enquiries; ensuring efficiency & accuracy when handling queries, providing a great experience exceeding expectations
Ensuring that all prospect and member data is captured and entered into the systems correctly
Promoting, organise and arrange new memberships, through an honest and accurate sales process which leads to the members joining on the best options for them every time
Liaising with club Sales teams to ensure a great relationship and effective appointment booking process and a smooth transition of information to provide a great experience for the prospective member
Your commitment:

This role is based at our Barbican Support Office, working full time role (40 hours per week), 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business and shift times include earlies (8.30am starts) and lates (8.30pm finishes) as well as weekends 9am-6pm.

To be successful as an Outbound Sales Consultant you will have/be:

Experience in a Sales or Call Centre environment
Extremely strong interpersonal abilities and someone who is approachable to members, prospects and other employees at all times - it is vital that you have a genuine interest in wanting to help our prospective members become active and fulfil their individual goals
Great time management skills with excellent administration & organisational skills
A pro-active attitude with a self-starter attitude
