People Manager North Wales (Holyhead and Chester)
Job Title : Manager North Wales
Salary : £45,000 Per Annum Close Date : 17-May-2019

This is a people orientated role within which you will be responsible for a dedicated team of on board crews (Train Managers, On Board Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers and Customer Service Assistants) who deliver the service to our customers. You will be responsible for leading this group of people to deliver a consistent level of customer service as expected from a Virgin Company.
You will be a leader in making Virgin Trains vision and brand values for the business live through involvement and engagement with its people and you will deliver customer service in line with the Customer Experience strategy.
You will be required to provide managerial support to your team, including managing sickness levels, revenue lines and Customer Satisfaction ratings. You will be required to provide hands-on assistance where necessary.
You will be required to provide managerial support to your team and 'hands on' assistance where necessary.
You will also be required to lead and manage the implementation of any planned changes and to support on board teams with any new commercial activities.
