Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant/ PA to support one of the family owners/directors of Wates Group, working in the Wates Family Office, providing a full range of secretarial and administrative support, including complex diary management, organising travel arrangements and meetings/ events, as well as prepare and edit correspondence, communications, minutes and presentations.


You will create and maintain administrative systems effectively, proactively manage multiple tasks, and accurately pull together information, data and reports when required, including financial and multifaceted information.


Working for the Family Office will mean you are dealing with sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis so, discretion and diplomacy are a prerequisite for this role.


We are looking for you to already be an experienced and professional Personal Assistant gained from working in a Family Office and/or supporting senior leadership level, with strong MS Office skills.


To be successful in the role you will be an excellent communicator who is able to stay calm under pressure and is extremely organised with an attention to detail to ensure the smooth running of diaries and completion of tasks/ issues. You will also have proven experience in building valuable relationships in your role which have supported your success.


This role will be based in our Head Office in Leatherhead; working with a team of PA’s who support the Family Office.
