Do you have experience of working as a Planner, but you’re looking for a bigger and more challenging role? If so this is for you!
As a Planner at Costa Express, you’ll plan for Brand Standards team, including audits, installation training, post-install visits and brand standards visits. You’ll provide a world-class Costa Express experience to partners, customers and operational teams, working to and exceeding service level agreements (SLAs). You’ll deliver exemplary customer service to all partners, customers and operational teams.
In Costa Express innovation is key to our business and this is all about adapting to consumer demands and giving the customer a product, they didn’t even know they needed. It's a real diverse mix, from mastering our coffee recipes, to thinking about what the next machine will look like. We are always asking how we can do better in our fast-paced and growing business, so our teams need to work at pace, with a flair for fun and innovation. In Costa Coffee we believe in great coffee for everyone… and we mean everyone! We want to become the world’s most loved coffee brand. We like to keep it simple and inclusive so there’s no pretension, no elitism and very few dos and don’ts.
Maybe it’s because we’re so passionate about coffee, but we really value a feeling of warmth in our teams and in our communities. We encourage trust, and empower our teams to feel supported and make their own decisions. And we love a can-do attitude, boldness and the courage to create positive change.
