We're looking for someone to join our Birmingham PFI to assist in the programming and scheduling of our routine maintenance works.
Co-ordinate all elements of a job required to deliver works right first time. To assist in the planning and programming, the scheduling and related communications of our routine maintenance works. Ensure that all requests and applications are dealt with in a timely manner and that scheduling is executed to minimise network disruption to all stakeholders and improve the overall customer experience.
Receive and process work orders, and work with pre site technicians to prepare sites for programming
Review work orders for compliance with contractual SLA/KPI
Liaise with works order generator in case of queries
Co-ordinate labour, plant, materials, supply chain, permits, risk assessments, safety compliance, traffic management with others where appropriate
Complete resource programme for sign off by Operations, to ensure that work can be released for delivery on site
Allocation of works orders to pre site inspection, programming or return to originator for further information
Logging of all works as required
Review works orders for plant, material and vehicle requirements
Deliver and continuously improve service levels
Maximise the productivity of the resources through reduction in wasted time, materials and operational costs
Ensure road space booking data is accurate and well maintained and undertake necessary actions to resolve issues.
Assist in the identification of opportunities and invite challenge to reduce congestion by maximising opportunities to share road space, remove or mitigate risk and minimise costs and time. Management system (Confirm) and other Asset Management systems.
Assist in the generation of ideas that promote Continuous Improvement and innovation across the integrated team to ensure that work is conducted in a manner that takes into consideration wider stakeholders.
Supporting and encourage the team in working towards developing and maintaining the “one programme” approach
Ensure full compliance with all processes and procedures, minimising non-conformances
Other business systems administration as and when required.
