We have an opportunity for a Processing Assistant to join our Living Space Responsive Team in Enfield; supporting the Processing Department and ensuring adequate management of supply chain in order to enable the business to meet its primary objectives.
Key Accountabilities will include:
All invoices are processed within set timelines onto COINS Financial System and resolve any queries following the business invoice query/rejection process.
Direct debit payments are allocated to their respective invoices and costed in a timely manner.
Supplier statements are reconciled to COINS supplier account balances on a monthly basis.
Invoices due to be paid are valid from a VAT and CIS point of view and fully compliant with HMRC regulations in force at the time.
Supplier payment runs are carried out within the agreed Scheduled Payment timetable.
We are looking for an individual with experience of working within a high volume transaction environment and used to working to and meeting deadlines. Experience and/or knowledge of COINS financial system and of the construction industry would also be an advantage.
To be successful in the role you will be a confident communicator at all levels with an exceptional attention to detail.
