Job Description

Production Team Leader
Job Introduction
To coordinate and manage the day to day operation of a production line, lead, develop and coach production operatives, cover blast if and when required.

Role Responsibility
To ensure all company food safety policies are adhered to
Compliance to all relevant line and blast paper work ensuring complete accuracy
Control record and be proactive in managing and reducing all waste
Look closely at controlling product giveaway and ensuring product giveaway is kept to a minimum
Follow correct metal detection CCP and ensure all paper work is filled out accurately and in a timely manner
Identify and inform team leader / supervisor / manager of product and process issues
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Report and take necessary action for any incidents of fire, damage, loss or other accidents
To report any incidences of absence promptly and according to the company sickness procedure.
