We have an opportunity for a Project Planner to join our Responsive Team in Neasden. The primary focus of the role will be to allocate works to a number of operative’s daily, ensuring productivity and providing a good customer service to our client and residents


Key Accountabilities will include:


Scheduling works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free.
Check all operatives have confirmed bookings and ensure any appointments not being met due to sickness are rebooked and tenants contacted
Check system for emergencies every 30 minutes and issue emergencies within a timely manner to ensure targets are meet
Arranging inspections for supervisors
Provide a high quality service to our client on a face to face basis
Working within a team to achieve goals and daily targets

We are looking for a planner/scheduler with experience and knowledge of operative scheduling systems.


To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, have excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritise effectively and an attention to detail. Additionally, you will be an effective communicator at all levels to develop and maintain good working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
