Quality and Performance Manager
Location: Across London
Salary: 35, 024 Plus London Weighting

MTC is looking for 2 Quality and Performance Managers.
London CRC North Area – covering Haringey and Enfield, Camden, Islington, Hackney, and Barnet.
Custody – covering London CRC resettlement prisons – Belmarsh, Brixton, Wandsworth, Pentonville, Thameside, Isis, Feltham, Wormwood Scrubs, Highdown, High Point, Onley, Bronzefield, Downview, Send.
As a Quality and Performance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and driving quality and performance improvements and developments across London CRC and the supply chain. You will ensure that the standard of practice required to deliver effective case management is delivered across London CRC. On behalf of the Head of Quality and Performance, Area Managers and the Head of Custody, you will ensure that teams are held to account for the quality and performance of work and that best practice is shared.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all employees have clarity about the expected standards of practice, including the quality practice standards, probation instructions, London CRC policy and the contract
Undertaking quality assurance activities and ensuring that there is an effective quality assurance framework across London CRC and the supply chain
Investigating and monitoring all quality and performance indicators across London CRC and the supply chain, and in conjunction with the area leadership team/Head of Custody, pro-actively address any concerns and share best practice
Ensuring an effective feedback loop across London CRC and the supply chain in relation to improving and developing quality and performance, including pro-actively engaging and liaising with employees and reporting into supply chain contract management meetings
Utilising and promoting the effective use of management information tools
Delivery of briefings and training
Contributing to learning and development products, communications and other key guidance in relation to quality and performance
Ensuring that Serious Further Offence action plans are effectively implemented.
