As Rail Market Lead you will be responsible for creating sales opportunities and delivering commissions across the Rail sector for Amey Strategic Consulting in collaboration with other Market Partners and Offerings Partners. You will be responsible for establishing and actively managing market plans and working with other key members of the leadership team.
In a typical week you will:
You will be responsible for creating and driving your pipeline, in line with your defined Rail market/account strategy and direction.
You will be central to the ongoing communication needs of running one or more accounts. With teams distributed over many offices and between the UK and USA, you will need to ensure the wider team remains aligned to the account direction and achievements / challenges.
You will be key to managing the relationship with your client, covering the offering delivery and you will develop relationships at Executive level, both on the Technology and Business side of the account.
Represent the Rail Market account in the Monthly reviews
Create business propositions and ensure Amey is leading in innovation and practical approaches to sustainable transformations within client businesses
Support the effective running of the Strategic Consulting Business.
We want to hear from you, if you:
Qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience within a Market Lead role). Second degree/Masters beneficial.
Have knowledge of the UK Rail sector
Have working knowledge of relevant technology solutions, operating models and a view of business-critical outcomes and success factors
Have experience of selling consulting solutions involving service delivery; be able to craft the solution including distributed delivery elements, price-to-win and articulating the value proposition
Previous experience of managing complex accounts and multiple stakeholders
