What is the purpose of this role?
To manage and provide front of house services including reception, meeting room bookings and key administration functions.
What will this role involve?
Daily operation of Reception and front of house services Answer all calls, promptly, politely and efficiently, in the prescribed company manner Take messages and redirect calls when necessary whilst retaining ownership Take meeting room bookings in accordance with procedures Report all faults in accordance with procedures Car park management and space booking Be a first point of contact for meeting room audio and visual problems Assist with other administration duties as requested, including preparing letters and bulk mailings, reports, memos and presentations, filing, photocopying
What are we looking for?
Security clearance where necessary Intermediate user of Microsoft standard packages Experience of working in a front line, customer facing position A professional individual, committed to delivering an efficient and friendly customer service Professional in appearance and wear uniform where provided Environmental awareness Tool Box talk IOSH working safely Personal track safety AC (PTS AC)
