Salary: £18,500-£22,000 ( Depending on Experience)

MTC are currently looking for a Receptionist.
The main Purpose of this role will be to Manage front desk operations for MTC Headquarters including the safe and secure entry/exit of staff and visitors during core business hours. Also you will have an Oversight of the quality and management of the physical environment in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.
The main responsibilities will be :
Provide reception duties for the building
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, visitors and external agencies/contractors.
Ensure all staff and visitors sign into the corresponding registers
Maintain and monitor premises in order to ensure a health, safe, secure and productive workplace
Preparing meeting rooms and associated audio visual equipment
Report building faults to outsourced FM provider, when necessary
Ensure that tea and coffee facilities are fully stocked and accessible
Empty waste bins as required.
Frank and prepare post for building, as necessary
Provide ad hoc administrative requirements
Raise purchase orders and conduct goods receipting on request
If you have PA or Admin Experience that would be beneficial.
