Are you currently an experienced Business Partner/ Senior Recruiter with a passion for recruitment?


We have an opportunity for a self-driven professional with exceptional delivery, relationship building and organisation skills, to manage a range of roles and deliver top talent for our Maintenance business (Wates Living Space); providing consultative advice and cost effective recruitment strategies to hiring managers with a focus on increasing direct hiring numbers using a range of attraction methods.


This is an great opportunity to join a small in-house team within a growing family owned organisation, which is committed to supporting our hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle - job briefings, recruitment strategies and campaigns, interview guidance, current market analysis, resource forecasting, reporting, management of 3rd party suppliers and talent pipelining, whilst always working to continuously meet or exceed their expectations.


We are looking for you to have a breadth of recruitment experience, able to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, whilst also a being a confident Recruiter who is able to evidence their success of direct hiring through using a range of direct sourcing channels including social media, search and creative advertising.


You will also have experience of working within maintenance or a similar industry along with good working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and an understanding of the importance of equality, diversity, and inclusion.


Please note this is a busy role managing high volumes throughout the year so you will need to be used to working in this type of environment, whilst also have the ability to set expectations, provide expert advice around best practice and keep on top of a varied workload.


The role will require you to work from our Enfield and Warren Street, London offices, with some travel to sites in the South and the Midlands.
