This role is regionally based and will cover our West Division on a 12 month Fixed Term Basis, so ideally you would live in the west of the UK, anywhere from Staffordshire to Devon.

Providing recruitment support to our operational field teams in our Premier Inn and Restaurant brands
Our Operational Resourcing Partners are unlike any others – this is not a mere transactional recruitment role, but rather a full-on, fast-paced 360 resourcing opportunity within a supportive and dynamic team.
This role will push you and develop your existing capability to support our stakeholders across our diverse business and deliver salaried Operational Managers of exceptional calibre to our Premier Inn and Restaurants businesses.
What you will be doing:-
Accountable for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for your area, you’ll provide a professional and efficient service to our key stakeholders across Premier Inn and our Restaurants.
As an experienced Resourcing Partner, this role will give you the chance to step up and develop excellent partnerships with senior operations leaders whilst developing your understanding of their requirements and the strategic resource planning process.
We’ll need you to be creative and dynamic in order to proactively supply best-in-class candidates and manage our defined recruitment process.
As a recruitment expert, you’ll use your existing knowledge to guide our people and nurture high level relationships; building an enviable reputation amongst our Regional Managers, General Managers, Operations Managers and our internal and external candidate pool.
Becoming a passionate advocate of our trail-blazing brands, you’ll support in the promotion of Premier Inn and our Restaurants as an employer of choice, working to increase the volume of suitable candidates for Management, Chef and Team Member positions.
As Resourcing Partner you will be able to support with employer brand, media and recruitment event activity, and support with exciting projects.

You are confident to run recruitment events and provide valuable resourcing insight to your key stake holders.
