You’ll be well attentive, well organised and display high levels of customer service standards. You will display your enthusiasm by delivering on our mission, as well as actively assisting with the smooth operations of the food and beverage department. You will be required to:
·To be fully aware of budgeted and actual department targets.This to include food and drink sales, covers, average spends and departmental profits.
·To produce and update forecasts for your department where required.
·To assist with controlling payroll costs by monitoring rotas ensuring they are in line with forecasted business levels, using company productivity ratios and payroll management.
·To maximise opportunities for departmental sales and profit and other related targets.
·To ensure effective stock rotation and stock levels in accordance with hotel business, ensuring products are displayed according to hotel and company policy.
·To participate with stock-takes where required.
·To implement all procedures and processes for food and beverage service controls at all times.
·To maintain and constantly improve departmental operating standards.
As our Restaurant Supervisor you will be 'front line' delivering on our ‘Stories that Stay’.
You will be an exceptional team player, with the ability to support your team in order to exceed our guest expectations. A complete perfectionist in customer service, whilst ensuring full compliance with our excellent food hygiene, as well as health and safety standards.
