This is an opportunity for a highly talented individual to join the team and help shape and deliver the new franchise. You will be joining a passionate, fun and energetic team with a genuine desire to improve the overall colleague and customer experience, no matter what part of the business you land in. Want to find out more? Cast your eyes over the detail below and if you think you're a good match then crack on with the application.

At the heart of our culture, this role is all about enhancing employee engagement through an innovative engagement plan and an engaging benefits, reward and recognition scheme to create an attractive Employee Value Proposition. This role is responsible for developing colleague initiatives that help establish our new franchise brand, celebrate its values and support the attraction and retention of talent. Working closely with our Head of Brand and Head of Internal Comms, you will help generate excitement and fun at different touchpoints in the employee journey. You will also lead on colleague engagement surveys, supporting the business in tracking colleague engagement and issues affecting engagement, encouraging high colleague participation rates.

Leading the Reward & Recognition Awards scheme and driving usage and engagement in the scheme is another key element of this role, including the annual award scheme and interim celebrations to sustain that high level of energy and engagement throughout the year. You will also support the rest of the Talent and OD team in business change projects, including supporting our leadership teams in improving colleague engagement in their areas. This means the role involves travel to different locations across the network, that may result in some long days/overnight stays away from home.
You will have substantial experience of developing and managing employee benefit plans as well as experience of leading reward initiatives for a reputable brand. You will be confident in your ability to develop innovative employee engagement initiatives. With excellent interpersonal skills you are naturally a great networker with the ability to inspire and engage others.

A business or HR qualification would be great but we are also looking for someone with visibly high energy levels and of course a naturally positive mindset!
