We are looking for consultants to manage the customer experience for prospective new joiners. You’ll be dealing with phone & web enquiries, providing clear information on our membership options, booking tours & working with our in-club sales teams to ensure the potential new customer has a great experience as a prospective member.
This role is based at our Barbican Support Office, working full time role (40 hours per week), 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business and shift times include earlies (8.30am starts) and lates (8.30pm finishes) as well as weekends 9am-6pm.

To be successful as an Outbound Sales Consultant you will have/be:
Experience in a Sales or Call Centre environment
Extremely strong interpersonal abilities and someone who is approachable to members, prospects and other employees at all times - it is vital that you have a genuine interest in wanting to help our prospective members become active and fulfil their individual goals
Great time management skills with excellent administration & organisational skills
A pro-active attitude with a self-starter attitude
