About the job
This Senior Housing Management Worker position is based in a hostel environment supporting predominately males and couples. The project also provides hospital discharge service, severe weather provision and support to the MEAM approach.
The role will be to support the delivery of service to service users within Changing Lives by interacting with them on a day-to-day basis and through supporting other staff to ensure well-structured housing management processes are in place and relevant paperwork is used. To provide support for the day-to-day operational management of the project and coordinating the delivery of support services.
