The Senior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef with the daily management of all aspects of the kitchen. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all menus and the running of the kitchen.
As Senior Sous Chef you will be an excellent team player with a hands-on and organised approach to your role, passionate about your team and working in a leading hotel operation. You must be able to develop your team’s creative style, while building a stimulating and exciting environment within the department.
