About us

MTC is a growing, dynamic company operating in the UK justice area. Through our work running the London Probation Service and the Rainsbrook Youth Offender Centre, we help some of the most vulnerable members of our society get back on their feet. As part of our ongoing expansion plan we have recently selected Norwich for the location of our new Service Centre which will support front line operations staff.

Your work will be managed through case management tools and you will not have contact with our service users. You will produce and update current case records and report lists, as well as maintaining information on the relevant case and information management systems and spreadsheets. Managing agreed processes and making proposals for improvement is a key aspect of the role, as is attending meetings and providing training on duties associated to this post.
