MTC is a growing, dynamic company operating in the UK justice area. Through our work running the London Probation Service and the Rainsbrook Youth Offender Centre, we help some of the most vulnerable members of our society get back on their feet. As part of our ongoing expansion plan we have recently selected Norwich for the location of our new Service Centre which will support front line operations staff.
About the role
In the role of Service Centre Administrator you will join one of the Case Management Support teams where you will be responsible for supporting front line staff with administrative tasks, such as referrals to housing and employment providers to ensure that our users can get essential services they need. Your work will be managed through case management tools and you will not have contact with our service users. You will produce and update current case records and report lists, as well as maintaining information on the relevant case and information management systems and spreadsheets. Managing agreed processes and making proposals for improvement is a key aspect of the role, as is attending meetings and providing training on duties associated to this post.
To succeed, you must be an impressive communicator, both verbal and written and have a methodical approach to your work which requires attention to detail. Professional, calm and resilient, you will be an excellent team-player, with sound IT, numeric and time-management skills.
