A member of the set up team will be responsible for the set up of all functions and match days as per the standards set out by the company.
Laying up function suites as per function sheet
Ensuring all crockery and cutlery is polished
Clearing store rooms, function rooms of all equipment once the room is completed.
You may be required to assist other areas of the catering department within busy business periods
There will be some manual handling in this position. You will also be required to carry out other reasonable request by your line Manager.
To comply fully with all regulations relating to Health and Safety
Comply with all Company Terms and Conditions.
To co-ordinate daily logistics of meeting/events set-ups and service as well as match day.
Experience of working within a large operation with high volume conference and banqueting and match day logistics
This role requires the ideal candidate to work some evening and weekends and will be required to work all match days and events in each calendar year.
