Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Site Secretary to join our construction team in London, providing a full range of site based secretarial support for our new project which will deliver the £500m renovation of Parliament’s Northern Estate, this is a fantastic win for Wates and work will start on site from the beginning of 2019. 


We are looking for you to already be an efficient and pro-active site based secretary, comfortable with preparing draft correspondence on complex / technical matters for review, compiling presentations in PowerPoint, diary management and planning, along with varied day to day activities in supporting a site office.


To be successful in the role you will have an attention for detail and be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach when supporting the business.
