We have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join our established Smartspace team, to ensure the project is built safely, economically to the agreed timescales and quality standard.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Input into risk/ opportunities register, and implement actions to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities.
Review design drawings for build-ability and co-ordination. Raise RFI where appropriate
Manage the flow of sub-contractor’s design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
Agree sub-contractors long and short-term programme and monitor performance against these programmes
Monitor and understand position against contract programme, discuss and agree recovery programmes with the Project Manager
We are looking for a qualified and competent Site Manager with experience managing office fit-out, refurbishment and cut and carve projects in the UK market, leading on projects up to £2m.
To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive and engaging approach when supporting and educating the business.
Please note, this is a national role requiring regular travel.
