Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Small Works Estimator to join our team based in Manchester to provide administration and coordination support; responsible for the management and delivery of the small works quotes from inception through to completion.

 

Key Accountabilities will include:

 

Manage instructed works & PO assignment / allocation with 48hours of receipt
Provide adminstration of the quoted works of the assigned accounts & the delivery of small works estimation
Liase and manage sub contractor’s
Manage day to day contracts for one of our national accounts
 

 

To be successful in the role you will be an experienced Administrator with client support skills gained within an FM or similar environment.

 

Alongside this you will be an excellent communicator with an attention to detail as well as the ability and organisational skills to plan effectively and efficiently.
