Sous Chef - Lounge
We currently have an opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade. Assisting with the day to day running of the kitchen and deputizing in the absence of the Head Chef
Health and Safety compliance
Delivering team briefings
The Ideal Candidate
Relevant NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
Proven technical experience in a Sous Chef role
Possess good knowledge of operational health & safety
Excellent communication skills
Experience in both buffet and a la carte services
Experience in Oriental Cuisine
Intermediate or Advance Food Hygiene
Health & Safety qualifications are an advantage

Shifts will be 4 on 2 off over a mixture of early shift (5:45am - 2:45pm) and late shifts 1:45pm - 10:45pm)
