CT021 - Support Team Lead
£24,500 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday – Friday (including on call responsibilities)

To succeed in this highly rewarding role you need an excellent understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people. You will have sound Leadership and Management skills which enable you to motivate and inspire your team to succeed. You will have significant experience of helping people to identify personal goals and supporting them through a process of change.
Above all we are looking for an inspirational and committed individual who has a genuine desire and passion to support people to transform their lives. You will be working with some of the most socially excluded individuals in York to ensure that they have access to the same opportunities as everyone else in the community.

About the job
We are looking to recruit a Support Team Lead to join the Community Support Team in York. The service is part of the resettlement pathway which offers a variety of services to clients in order to ensure their support needs are met.
