We’re looking for a driven Transport Planner to join our Car Collections Department as we continue to expand our business across the UK.

Ensuring vehicles are available for inspections and building these into the transport
Ensuring defective vehicles are not utilised until repairs are complete.
Assisting drivers to ensure correct equipment is available for each vehicle.
Processing and approval of invoices.
Lead processing and approval of invoices.
Resolving queries on vehicles status.
Monitoring of auction site collections
Plan transport to ensure vehicles are collected in alignment with contractual terms and storage charges minimised.
Produce a daily plan for each RL vehicle, monitor progress against plan and respond accordingly to deviations from the plan.
Driver Liaison for sub contractors.
Key point of contact for holding sites to arrange collections.
Planning of household collections.
Monitor driving hours to ensure compliance to the working time directive.
