Location: Bicester

Salary: £29,038

Thames Valley CRC (Community Rehabilitation Company) is currently looking to recruit a Treatment  Manager

 

The Treatment Manager role is central to maintaining the quality and integrity of Accredited Programmes, working to Thames Valley Community Rehabilitation Company objectives of reducing re-offending and working alongside Offender Management to improve completion rates for Service Users sentenced by the court to an accredited programme and reducing attrition.

 

 

Post holders will be expected to:

 

Ensure programmes are delivered in the way the designer intended and against accreditation criteria
Provide video monitoring feedback, supervision and advice to programme facilitators
Quality assure post programme reports and ensure facilitators meet the required performance deadlines
Advise Programme Managers on the professional development of programme facilitators
Give presentations to internal and external stakeholders, e.g. magistrates
Maintain own practice through delivering programme sessions
 

 

We are looking for someone who has effective communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  You will have knowledge and understanding of risk and group dynamics with an ability to develop facilitator group work skills.  You must have good ICT skills and the ability and willingness to use new technology.  You need to be qualified and have delivered 1 or more of the following accredited programmes:  Drink Impaired Drivers, Resolve, Thinking Skills Programme and Building Better Relationships.
