The purpose of this role is to deliver amazing customer experience to our customers travelling through the station to ensure our customers arrive awesome to their final destination using the 6 brand values to guide you.
You will also be completing just some of the following tasks…
Working in partnership with the On Board and Station teams to provide all of our Customers a safe, relaxing journey, dealing with them in a welcoming, friendly and professional way.
To be a key player within the Virgin Trains Customer Experience Team in providing the highest level of service encompassing the roles and responsibilities of the Security & Revenue Protection Team.
To protect our company revenue and increase our market shares by delivering excellence in Customer Service.
Carry out all roles as requested by the Management team.
Communicate effectively with other On Board and Stations teams to create an amazing customer experience whilst being safe, always ensuring your own personal safety and that of others at all times.
Assist customers with their travel needs, ensuring that at all times, concise and accurate information is provided.
